This deluxe vacation pool home is situated in a beautiful setting overlooking the lake in Rolling Hills/ Formosa Gardens. It is located close to US Route 192 just three miles from Disney World and close to all the other attractions, many Golf Courses and Shopping Malls and is also convenient to Orlando International Airport

This ranch-style four bedroom / three bathroom home features two master bedrooms with en-suites and king size beds, cable TVs and VCRs, one double bedroom and a twin bedroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, TVs and clock radios

The kitchen is fully furnished and completely equipped. The dining room and family room are connected to the kitchen. The family room has a centralised stereo system which has speakers and volume controls in the two master bedrooms, the kitchen, out on the lanai and the pool area. The family room also has a large TV with DVD & VCR. For those who enjoy surfing the web or need to catch up on work, our house offers highspeed wireless Internet access.

The shaped pool overlooking the lake is screened, it has a large lanai with ceiling fan and table and chairs for outside dining. The pool deck is complete with loungers and tables by the pool, if desired the pool can be heated. There is a Barbecue to the side of the villa

For the family's active members there is a gamesroom which has ping pong, foosball, darts, two player basketball and a stereo. There is also a fully equipped laundry room

The home is able to sleep 10 people comfortably with two king-size beds, one double bed, two twins and a double-size sofa bed

We have a 24 hour management company in case you encounter any problems with your stay. Further, we are fully licensed and registered with state and county officials. Our home is maintained with cleaning, pest control, landscaping and pool services regularly and alarmed by ADT
