This brand new 6 bedroom 4 bathroom pool home is located in the "Exclusive" Formosa Garden Estates neighborhood just 2 miles from the main gate of Disney World.

This prestigious villa is ideally situated for the relaxing Disney Vacation! Plus live coverage of Premier League matches!

Do you enjoy relaxing holidays in the Florida sun but hate missing all the football action back home? Now you can have both! Between August and May, our satellite TV service offers, when available, live coverage of Premier League matches on Saturdays and Sundays (one match each day).

This spacious villa has it all, it boasts plenty of living space, a south facing pool and deck, a fantastic pool and spa with oversized deck plus a games room! You will have all the room you need to spread out and relax after a fun day at the parks.

Everything you could need has been provided by the owner. There is a large TV in the Family room and each bedroom also has a cable TV. The owners have provided an wonderful "Games Room" for your entertainment too!

You will find two king master bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom one even has private access to the pool, 2 fabulous queen size master bedrooms each with access to a bathroom. Two luxury kids rooms too! One of which has a Playstation 2 + some games. Each bedroom has a Cable TV. You can also celebrate those special events in the separate Formal Dining Room!

Private screened South facing luxury pool with wonderful spa and views past landscaped gardens onto the lake! There is great fishing available and as this home is close to the land which gives free access to the lake! Bring your fishing rod!

An attractive patio area with many tables and chairs plus some sun loungers surrounds the private fully screened luxury swimming pool. You also have the use of a private "Sun Deck" with views over the lake as well as the generous decking inside the screening! Optional pool heating available upon request.

Phone, Air conditioning, Cable TV, luxury Pool and spa, Microwave, Dishwasher, Full kitchen, ( toaster, coffee maker, ice maker.) Washer, Dryer, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. All linens provided, a large array of towels and hairdryer. Cookware and utensils provided to cater for up to 14 people, (including plastic glasses and plates, ideal for dining al fresco!) Screening to pool. The vacation villa is professionally maintained and fully licensed. This villa is non smoking however, ash trays are provided on the patio, for your use.
