Our villa is on the Formosa gardens estate a unique gated community within walking distance to shops , bank , restaurants , bar and medical centre at the Formosa shopping village. close to golf , highway 192 shopping malls and theme parks yet your cocooned in a safe , picturesque environment . so... whether you are a large party needing oodles of space or a smaller group wanting to swing a tiger .. sit back and enjoy the movie ride ! we hope every picture tells our story

After an exhausting day at the parks or if your shopped out, we have a master plan to entertain the children and big boys! air conditioned games room or you will certainly enjoy our custom 32x21ft south facing pool with tumbling waterfalls, surrounded by mature palms. even on cold days our gas heater will maintain the temperature to a minimum of 83o. advanced filtration system for a sparkling ripple free pool. relax on upholstered sunloungers on the 75ft oversize deck, or enjoy al fresco meals at one of our three dining sets around the pool and under the 30ft lanai (outside room). or have a cook-out on the built-in BBQ on the sunbathing terrace. at night dine or dance around the pool romantically lit with ever changing fibre optic colours. the pool is not overlooked and very private .from the pool area in the distance between 8pm and 9pm you can see the disney fireworks display what more could you ask for

Carpeted games room with snooker/pool, air hockey, darts, a cards table chairs, board games and large wall mounted tv with cable and play station. Adults can put their feet up and watch a dvd or video from our library on the 55" home theatre tv. we have seen 16 curled up on our vast sofas. Bose surround sound completes the magic. or enjoy the privacy of your bedroom, all have satellite tv, some with vcr and dvd

plenty of living space. Two living rooms, a dinning room and two breakfast bars plus a superb maple kitchen with corian countertops. a dishwasher and side by side fridge/freezer of course. no need to take home suitcases or washing. we have a double capacity laundry with iron and board and two tumble dryers

The eight equally nice bedrooms are sublimely comfortable with pillow top mattresses. after all you have probably worked long and hard for this holiday and we want you to relax and enjoy. Each bedroom has quality furniture, table lamps, clock radio, hairdryer, chairs and tv. there are three kings, three queens and two twin bedrooms one twin is themed for our younger guests.

Cot, high chair and stroller provided. Fresh linen and towels. Maid service between lets but can be provided during your stay if required at extra cost. we can also offer a range of services such as groceries for your arrival or a member of the property management company to meet you on arrival to show you around the villa
