(more than 40 DVD’s supplied) and to top it all the very latest high
resolution 50” Plasma display TV.

a personal computer with high speed internet access as well as a wireless
high speed network for those who travel with their laptop.

topped queen size bed and fine quality linens is beautifully
furnished with the finest quality Lexington bedroom furniture in an
off white color that perfectly co-ordinates with the hand made
comforter and the stunning window treatments. The French Windows
with 8ft double doors lead out onto the pool deck and for even more
enjoyment and pleasure there is a 17” ultra thin LCD Television and
the room also features a variable speed ceiling fan and plenty of
storage space with chests of drawers and a walk-in closet.

Similarly themed as bedroom #6 this room also has
twin beds with matching bedding and features an ultra thin 17” LCD
TV and is ideal for playing games on the second Microsoft Xbox with
its twin controllers and built in DVD Player. (Please note that the
Xbox only plays Region 1 DVD discs and games). Although we supply
some games and DVD’s you may wish to pack some of your own to play
with. The room also features a variable speed ceiling fan and there
is plenty of storage space with two chests of drawers and a walk-in
closet. This room shares a well appointed bathroom with bedroom #7
which is adjacent to it.

Also themed with kids in mind this room has two bunk beds with a
full on bottom and twin on top. For the very young members of the family the
play table and coloring books are an essential addition to the room. The
room also features a variable speed ceiling fan and there is plenty of
storage space with two chests of drawers and a walk-in closet. This room
shares a bathroom with bedroom #6 which is adjacent to it.
The Games &
Recreation Room
This room is really more than just a
games room as we have also added an exercise bike and treadmill for
those guests who wish to work out. The 8ft Pool table which also
doubles as a snooker table is manufactured to the highest standard
with a 1" slate base and perfect levels. Pool and Snooker Balls are
supplied together with full size cues. There is also a 7ft Air
Hockey table which when switched on pushes air through the holes in
the table top which in turn makes the puck float across the table.
The skill is to defend your own goal and score in you opponents.
This makes for a game that is great fun for people of all ages. If
keeping fit is one your priorities then why not use the exercise
bike or the high quality professional treadmill that can attain
speeds of up to 10 miles per hour, or if you prefer a quieter time
why not just sit and relax on the comfortable leather couch and
listen to music on the Bose wave CD/Radio.
Pool Deck
The pool area is fully enclosed by a
massive 60' x 28' Florida fly screen. The fly screen allows the sun
to shine through, while keeping the insects and bugs out. Privacy
hedging, large palm trees and a rear wall offer complete seclusion
from neighboring homes. The pool is offset in the deck allowing
plenty of room around the pool area and the large 38'x16' pool has
steps and a separate heated spa that can seat up to eight people.
The three large interior planting areas around the deck help to
maintain that feeling of luxury and well being. Both the pool and
the spa can be illuminated and heated and children's safety alarms
and pool screen are added features.
