spacious bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 2 family rooms, and a large south-facing
pool/spa with covered lanai in Emerald Island. This beautiful home
offers over 3,200 square feet of living, gaming and relaxing space for
you and your family or friends to enjoy a great Florida vacation. This
newly furnished villa is located as a perfect vacation retreat only 5
MINUTES from Disney World in the secure, gated Emerald Island Resort
community. DISNEY MAGIC is the closest resort home to Walt Disney World
and is a treat for those vacationers who demand luxury amenities in a
Florida vacation villa. The home is designed for large families, family
reunions, large groups of Disney/Universal vacationers, or 8 to 12 avid
golfers looking for Florida area Golf Villas.
Our Villa has a vaulted-ceiling
family room for the whole family to relax in together, with sumptuous
sofas and a love-seat, occasional tables, lamps, a large screen 37" LED
TV, DVD player, and a surround sound system.
Living Room -
If you don't want to hang out with
the rest of the family, go and play some board games or take the time
out to read a book in our separate lounge area with sofa and love seat.
Formal Dining -
The Formal Dining is luxuriously
furnished with a spacious dining table and eight chairs with all place
settings waiting for your gourmet meals to be served.
Kitchen/Nook -
The large open plan kitchen complete
with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible.
Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with
water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery
and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink!! The adjacent
breakfast nook set next to patio doors looking out onto the lanai and
pool area and provides seating for four with additional seating on bar
stools for four more at the breakfast bar. So, if you can find the time
between the games room, pool and the theme parks nearby, then you may
like to eat at our home. So go ahead, prepare a simple snack, a great
tasting steak on a gas-fired grill or a Thanksgiving or Christmas feast
and savor the taste in the breakfast nook, or in the formal dining area.
King Master Suite #1 -
Sleeping at our Villa continues the
trend of spoiling our guests! The first-floor master bedroom features
slumber-soft king-size bed, 32" LED TV, DVD player, nightstands, lamps,
clock/radio/alarm, telephone, armoire, dresser, walk-in closet, plus a
private master bathroom, with a mirrored vanity unit, tub, step-in
shower, plus a private toilet.
King Master Suite #2 -
The second-floor master bedroom
features slumber-soft king-size bed, 32" LED TV, DVD player,
nightstands, lamps, clock/radio/alarm, telephone, dresser and mirror,
walk-in closet, plus a private master bathroom, with a mirrored vanity
unit, toilet and tub.
Bedroom #3 -
The third bedroom mimics a "Tropical
Paradise" and offers a queen-size bed, nightstands, 32" LED TV, DVD
player, closet space and is adjacent to the "Feathered Friends"
bathroom.
Bedroom #4 -
This stylish modern bedroom is
furnished with a queen sized bed with matching furnishings and provides
a closet and ample drawer space with a dresser and mirror. This room
also features 28" LED Cable TV with DVD, ceiling fan and alarm clock
radio.
Bedroom #5, 6 and 7 -
The "Princess Castle" offers two
comfortable twin beds, night stand, 26" LED TV and DVD player with its
own closet space.
This
"African Safari” themed bedroom features two twin sized beds, two night
stands with lamps, built-in closet, a chest of drawers and ceiling fan.
Additional features include a 26” LED TV with DVD player.
This
themed bedroom will surely excite boys of any age which is a
perfect “sleep-station” with 2 twin
bunk beds, a 22" wall-mounted LED TV, DVD player, nightstand, cars lamp,
chest and closet space. This bedroom can access the "Surfing" themed
