The formal living room and dignified salon comfortably seat large social gatherings as well as sophisticated dining.  Accentuated by granite floors, red microfibre and black leather, they make a stunning impression under the eyes of Sandra, Johnny, John and Kevin (you may need to look twice to spot the not so "hidden Mickeys" on the elegant chandelier).  A true haven for the adults, this is a great spot for a quiet evening with friends and family

The kitchen and family rooms feature a luxurious Bernhardt sectional sofa, a 42" Plasma HDTV with DVD player & surround sound system. The kitchen with seating for 10 has everything for creating a gourmet meal or heating up take out: microwave, stove, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, wine glasses, appliances, & oversized pots. A powder room with pedestal sink and toilet is located off the family room as is a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, & ironing board

The first floor has a luxurious master bedroom with a large walk in closet and ensuite bath. This fabulous room has beautiful Alexander Julian-designed mahogany and ebony furniture, including two nightstands, a giant king headboard, and a massive stateman's chest plus a king size pillow top mattress, luxury linens with matching window treatments, windows overlooking the pool, ceiling fan, 26" LCD HDTV with built-in DVD player, Waterford crystal lamps, and a clock radio. The bath boasts his and her sinks, a roman tub, shower, and privacy toilet

The garage has been turned into a home cinema/screening room complete with air conditioning (rare at Emerald Island), wall to wall carpeting, 10' screen, Leather reclining theater seats, overhead projector, DVD player, and PS2 console.  A large movie and video game library as well as board games and children’s toys can be found here

There are six more bedrooms upstairs. The first features tasteful black Disney furnishings ("Mickey" cutouts on the headboard and two nightstands) and has a king size mattress, ensuite bath, ceiling fan, bureau, computer armoire, 24" LCD HDTV with built-in DVD player, reading lamps, and clock radio. The large walk in closet has a full size crib which can be folded for easy relocation throughout the upstairs. Additional baby equipment can be found in the upstairs hall closet including a high chair, baby gate, second crib, and baby monitor. This is an ideal room for guests traveling with an infant

The third king bedroom features a white headboard and two nightstands with "Mickey" cutouts. With luxury linens, a king pillow-top mattress, a 19" widescreen LCD HDTV with built-in DVD player, alarm clock radio and large bureau make this room a favorite.

The fourth, fifth and sixth bedrooms feature queen pillow-top mattresses, ample storage, 19" widescreen HDTV's with built-in DVD players, two night stands, and alarm clock radios and are decorated to luxuriously accommodate 3 more couples

The bunk room features two solid twin bunk beds to sleep 4 kids or adults comfortably with plenty of space to spare for toys

Finally the star of this home is the oversized screened pool/lanai area with "Florida glass" for privacy looking out at the conservation lands surrounding Emerald Island.  Accessed through sliding doors from either the kitchen or family room, the pool & spa each have their own heating systems so you always have a hot spa without having to heat the pool! With two ceiling fans, evening lighting, gas BBQ, dining tables for sixteen, outdoor living area, floats and pool toys -- you won't ever want to leave!
