executive home, with a private optionally heated pool /
spa. This executive home is complete with 5 bedrooms
and 4 bathrooms. Including 2 master king suites with
private bathrooms giving access to the pool/spa area.
The other 3 bedrooms include 2 double bedrooms and 1
twin (2) bedroom
There is also a queen
size sofa sleeper in the living room. This villa is
spacious enough for 2 families with children and Grandma
and Grandpa too! Comfortably sleeps 10-12 people. It is
located in beautiful Indian Creek Subdivision, and is
only minutes from any Disney World Theme Park in
Orlando, Florida. Indian Creek subdivision offers
tennis courts, several children’s play areas, grassy
park areas, and a small lake with a walking / jogging
path just around the corner from our home
This beautiful home
has many upgrades that you seldom find in other vacation
homes. It features ceramic tile in all the bathrooms,
kitchen, and dining room, and the entry way. A large
fully equipped kitchen complete with a microwave and
dishwasher. A permanent gas grill, next to the patio
area, for those of you who want to stay home to grill
out!
The home has ceiling
fans in every room and TV’s with VCR’s in every bedroom.
Your children will feel right at home with Game Cube,
numerous games and a portable CD player for inside or
patio use. We also have, at no extra cost, a portable
crib, highchair and stroller for infants. We just added
a games room with a pool table and an electronic dart
game
Relax in the private,
western facing pool and spa, after your long day at the
theme parks! The shaded lanai is complete with deluxe
patio furniture and a safety screen for your small
children. You might choose to go off to the separate
reading area, next to the living room, to read a good
book. Or catch up on your emails in the kitchen where
there is a table located next to the data port phone.
