The south facing
pool and spa area are completely screened in and
attached to an oversized lanai. The lanai has two tables
with seating for 8 and two lounge chairs. There are
ceiling fans on the lanai for those lazy summer
afternoons
A lanai (porch)
measuring 40 x 10 feet offers a welcome shade area for
those who do not want to spend all their time under the
sun.
The South Facing Pool
has sun on it all day, it is heated as an option and has
a separate Spa. This gorgeous home does not have any
immediate rear neighbors so is very private
