Dee's Neverland Villa is a stunningly decorated
7-bedroom villa sleeping up to 16 people. Both King size Master Bedrooms
(one upstairs, one downstairs) are spacious and each has a walk-in
closet and a luxury en-suite bathroom. Three Queen Bedrooms also offer
closet space, as do the remaining 2 Twin Bedrooms, all of which are
serviced by two adjacent bathrooms.
Newly refurbished in November 2008, the villa is
equipped with Wi-Fi and high standard electronic equipment throughout.
The villa is floored in tile, granite and hardwood.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with top of the
range appliances, and meals may be taken in the dining area or
overlooking the lanai in the breakfast bar area. The large,
vaulted-ceiling family room is an ideal social space and there is an
air-conditioned games room for the children.
The villa has its' own private swimming pool and spa in
the oversized, screened lanai, both of which can be heated. The expanded
decking area is just the place to relax sunbathing in the Florida
sunshine after a day at the parks. For added protection for children, a
removable safety fence is provided and locks and alarms have been fitted
on the doors to the pool area
