This home has it all !! Our 3,400sqft NEWLY DECORATED Villa is a Luxurious 5 star, 7 bedroom, 5 Bath home, a Private Screened-in South Facing Pool and Jacuzzi with a Lake/Water View (no homes behind, for privacy) in the Exclusive Emerald Island Resort which is only 2.5 miles from Disney World.

This beautiful home has everything you need to make your stay relaxing and comfortable as well as fun and convenient.

We have 2 Luxurious Master Suites with en suite bathrooms, 2 Beautifully decorated Queen bedrooms, & 3 childrens themed rooms.

This house is for everyone! Our Brand new Movie Theatre room with a 100' screen, surround sound system, a full size Pool Table, PlayStation .

The Kitchen is fully equipped. TV/DVD in every room so no one has to fight over the remote control. We also have full size baby crib, high chair, strollers, toys and books for the kids.

Summer - Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day Weekend $325
Holiday - Christmas, New Year, Spring Break, Thanksgiving $399
Add $10 per nights for stays of 6 nights or less
Pool/Spa Heat is $35 per day - Spa only is $25 per day
Cleaning fee of $165  for stays of 6 nights or less
Florida resort is not included in these prices. All prices are subject to confirmation at time of rental
A $20 Reservation and a $40 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to each reservation
