We're so excited to have finally purchased our new house in 2011 to now
share with you. Our family has been coming to Reunion for seven years,
with two boys (9) and (13) we?ve watched them grow up with Reunion.
This is truly a great place for families, golfers, and anyone looking
to escape from the winter weather (like ours here in Pittsburgh or our
friends in London).
We have incorporated all the best things that we liked from the homes
we've rented here for years for your pleasure and enjoyment. This
luxury vacation home with its own Extra Large South Exposure private
swimming pool is located in the Liberty Bluff section of the exclusive
community of Reunion Resort. This secure gated community with guard
houses at all entrances offers extreme privacy and maximum fun with a
host of amenities to make your vacation a memorable one.
The house has been decorated and furnished to make it extremely
comfortable and casual. Your family will love being only minutes from
all the major attractions and theme parks that Orlando has to offer
while still enjoying the peaceful tranquility of being surrounded by
three PGA Signature golf courses and conservation land. If it's relaxed

The home overlooks the 6th green on The Arnold Palmer Legacy SM Golf
Course, one of the three PGA golf courses designed by legendary golfers
Tom Watson, Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer. The patio and balcony both
open to overlook the golf course and the beautiful sunset.
Every room has been decorated and furnished to the highest standard
with 32? LCD flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms. The ground floor of
the main house is where you will find the fully equipped kitchen with
it's granite counter tops, two exquisite living areas with leather
seating, one with a 55? LCD flat screen TV, and the other with a 42?
LCD flat screen TV. There is a beautiful dining area with seating for
eight. At either end of the ground floor are doors, the rear opening
onto a seating area overlooking the golf course and the front onto the
pool deck, and courtyard.
On the first floor there is a king-size master suite and luxurious
bathroom with walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub. The first floor master has
a beautiful view of the pool and courtyard. The second floor offers a
second king master suite with connecting bath. The king suite and one
of the queen suites share a private balcony with breath taking views of
the golf course and resort. The second floor offers two large queen
rooms, both beautifully decorated each with their own baths. The
second floor has a sitting area with a desk and work station.
The laundry facilities are found on the second floor. The pool
courtyard opens to the South with it's extra large stainless BBQ grill
and heated pool is surrounded with seating, tables and it?s own private
bathroom.
The courtyard separates the main house from the guest suite which has
a large bedroom with 2 queen size beds, 32" LCD flat screen in the
bedroom, full bathroom, family room with 46" LCD flat screen TV, and
kitchen area. This suite is perfect for in-laws, grown up children or
staff. Below the guest suite is the games room complete with an arcade
style basket ball game, 32" TV with play station/DVD Player, darts,
poker, and a variety of board games and puzzles; which will offer hours
of entertainment for both children and adults alike. |
