Stereo, Video/DVD player, answer-phone, Towels, Free International / Long distance calls, high chair, cot, lanai furniture, 8-seater dining table, and a game room. It has an eight person dinning table nice for a larger family

 

 

Low Season - Jan, Feb, April, May, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec $220
High Season - June, July, August  (Memorial Day thru Labor Day Weekends) $245
Holiday - March, Spring Break (3/31 to 4/14),  Christmas and New Years (12/15 - 1/5) (7 night min) $275
Pool and/or spa heat $30 per day, minimum charge $150
Add $10 per night for stays of 5 nights or less
Cleaning Fee $140 for stays of 5 nights or less
Prices do not include 13% Florida Tax, Prices are subject to change without notice
A $20 Reservation fee is added to each reservation
A $40 accidental damage waiver will be applied to each reservation
