Our beautifully appointed & tastefully decorated home has a Florida theme. It features 4 bedrooms 3 bath with private pool. Bedding -1 King,2 Queen,1 set of twins It also features- 5 Tv's, 2 VCR's 1 DVD & upgraded appliances, the pool faces South.

This beautiful 4bdrm/3bth home located in the gated community of Windsor Palms, just minutes from disney has many upgrades.

Home comes equipped with tv,s in everyroom, 1 king, 2 queen, 2 twin beds, ps2 and a private pool. Home also includes free long distance. Guest can also enjoy the clubhouse which features a movie theatre, fitness center and gameroom.

Outside you can enjoy the community pool & spa, tennis, volleyball, & basketball courts. There is also a playground for the little ones

 

 

Low Season - Jan, Feb, April, May, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec $165
High Season - March, June, July, August  (Memorial Day thru Labor Day Weekends) $185
Holiday - Spring Break (March 31 to April 14),  Christmas and New Years (7 night minimum) $199
Pool and/or spa heat $30 per day, minimum charge $150
Add $10 per night for stays of 5 nights or less
A Cleaning Fee of $110 is charged for stays of 5 nights or less
Prices do not include 13% Florida Tax, Prices are subject to change without notice
A $20 Reservation fee is added to each reservation
A $40 accidental damage waiver will be applied to each reservation
