Orlando Vacation Rentals: It Pays to Reserve Well in Advance

Are you planning to visit Disney World or Orlando during the peak vacation and holiday periods of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day or Spring Break? If so, then it pays to reserve a vacation rental home well in advance.  Some of the most popular vacation rentals are booked out more than one year in advance.  The reason for this is the tremendous popularity of vacation homes as the best choice of accommodations when visiting Orlando. In case you are still not sure of where you are going to stay when visiting Orlando, let me show you what the vacation rentals can offer you. 

The first advantage that strikes most vacationers is the sheer amount of space you get when renting a vacation home. If you rent a three bedroom vacation home you will get 1500 square feet at you disposal.  Have you ever been in a hotel room or even a suite with that much space? I have always said, “You don’t live in one room, so why vacation in one room?” 

But, it is not just a question of the total space that you get it is also the quality of the accommodations that are just so amazing.  For example, in the three bedroom vacation home that I mentioned previously you also will have a private screened swimming pool, two baths, 4 TVs, a home entertainment system, unlimited international and domestic long distance phone service, a fully equipped kitchen and more. The vacation rentals are spacious and they are luxurious. I have only cited one example but almost all the vacation homes have the amenities mentioned above and some also have spas and game rooms. 

Another striking feature of the rental homes in the Orlando area is the convenient location of the homes.  How would you like to have a home that is 10-15 minutes away from the gates of Disney World? It’s no problem, if you reserve in advance. Most of the vacation homes are located in resort communities that are within minutes of Disney World and the other attractions of Orlando. You will not have to spend time traveling long distances in your car and can really enjoy yourself.  In addition, the homes are also located near restaurants, stores and shopping centers and you can get whatever you need without making a long trek for it. 

You might expect to pay a high premium to get large, luxurious and conveniently located rental homes in one of America’s most popular tourist destinations. But, you will be pleasantly surprised to find out that the vacation homes are economical as well as luxurious.  Let’s get back to the three bedroom house I have been talking about,  in the low season you can rent it for $130 a day and in the peak holiday seasons you can get it for $160 per day. If you are coming with two families or a larger group you can get a larger home with up to seven bedrooms, and the per person per night charges drop significantly.
