Location: Our homes are located off Highway 192, an attraction packed area loaded with almost everything you can imagine and within a 10 minute drive to Disney World. Almost every type of restaurant you can imagine is located on Highway 192 along with dinner theaters, outlet stores and much more.

Facilities: Every home has its own screened, private pool. Rest assured all our homes are of best quality, well furnished and clean. All have 3 or more bedrooms and 2 or more baths, fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryer, cable TV and VCR, Stereo, dishwasher, microwave, and air conditioning.

Standards: Every home is beautifully furnished, fully equipped and professionally cleaned ready for your arrival. Clean sheets are on the bed and fresh towels are provided. Reservations Deposit: A minimum deposit of $250 at the time of reservation is required to secure your vacation home. the final balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival. We will invoice you for this amount.

Large estate and specialty homes require a 20% deposit. The final balance for these homes is due 60 days prior to your arrival. we will invoice you for this amount.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel a reservation, we require 45 days notice**. You will be refunded your deposit less a $50 administrative fee. If you cancel within the 45 day period, any refund will be at the discretion of the property owner or manager. Please notify us as soon as possible, we will do all we can on your behalf. As agents, we will refund to you whatever is refunded to us. Please note, under normal conditions refunds are not issued within 45 days of arrival, large specialty homes and large estate series homes are non refundable.

** Deposits on large specialty homes are non refundable. This includes all 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 bedroom game room homes. We highly recommend you purchase trip insurance to protect your vacation investment.

Payments: By submitting this reservation form you authorize Orlando's Finest Vacation Homes to charge all fee's related to your rental including the deposit, rental, any associated fee's such as Phone usage, pool heat, grille rental etc... and any damage to the vacation home caused by your occupancy.
