Making A Reservation: To confirm a booking, we require a $350 down payment. This payment can be made by personal check, Master Card/Visa or Discover. In addition, we have a standard $20 reservation fee we collect on all reservations. Simply fill out the reservation form or call us toll free at 877-357-3685 (US only) or direct 626-305-9089. Reservations for large 6, 7 and 8 bedrooms or any specialty home is non-refundable.

You may cancel any reservation 45 days prior to your arrival and receive a full refund of your deposit less a $100 administrative fee. Cancel within 45 days of your arrival, there is no refund unless we re-book the property for the same days Exceptions are large estate and specialty homes or any homes marked as "estate series" These homes are non refundable unless re-booked less a one night charge.

Security/Damage Deposit: Every rental requires a damage deposit. one day before arrival we will take a $350 authorization if your rental is 6 bedrooms or less. If you have rented an "Estate Series" home will take a $500 authorization. Providing there is no damage and nothing missing from the home we will release the authorization 3-5 days after you leave

Final Payment is Due 45 Days prior to Arrival. If you reserve within that 45 day period, payment in full is due at time of reservation. We accept all major credit cards except AMEX. We will hold a home for 5 days waiting for your personal check to arrive. Payments for Estate & Specialty homes are due 60 days prior to your arrival. Due to the high cost of processing a 2% fee will be added to all reservations.

Liability: By occupying the vacation home you, as the guest, assume all liability for the property, it's furnishings, pool and equipment, any and all guests. Orlando's Finest Vacation Homes, LLC, the property owner or property manager shall be held liable for injuries resulting from use of the rented properties, including but not limited to the swimming pool. Guests are not allowed to let children swim unattended.
