You don't live in one room, why vacation in one?

Susan and I have owned and operated Orlando’s Finest Vacation Homes since 1998. It is how we make our living. We are always looking for quality properties like yours to list on our website.  We have a very simple and very honest mom and pop operation, we are the only 2 people here so you will always be able to contact us. Here is what we do

 

We list your home on our website at no cost to you http://www.orlandosfinest.com

 

We handle the entire inquiry and reservation process including all collections, paperwork, payments etc...

 

We collect a $350 reservations deposit to secure the available dates and forward this to you or your bank. If you have a large home, Formosa Gardens, Emerald Island or similar we collect a 25% deposit to secure your dates. We are happy to accommodate any deposit requirements you have.

 

The final balance is collected 45 days prior to the guests arrival and forward this to you or your bank

 

We cover each guest with $3000 in accidental damage insurance and hold a valid credit card as a back up.

 

The address and/or access codes are never issued to the guest until all payments and paperwork is complete

 

After 14 years renting vacation homes in Orlando our reputation is second to none. We pull no punches and have never not paid a homeowner what is due. We always do right by the guest, they keep us in business and we expect our homeowners to do the same thing, a happy returning guest will generate 10 times more business that a disgruntled guest.
